Embracing Change, Collaboration, and Consistency in Social ETC

Hello Social ETC Family,

What a month it has been! We’ve been diving into exciting discussions, exploring new horizons, and embracing change in the world of social media marketing. Let’s dive into the highlights from the past month:

Barbie-Themed Insights: Lessons for Unforgettable Marketing

We began the month with a splash of creativity and insight at the Humanz offices. Our themed Barbie dress code set the tone for a thought-provoking discussion on how we can draw inspiration from the Barbie Movie, translating its marketing strategies into exceptional social media campaigns for individual brands. Here are some key takeaways:

  1. Unique Selling Proposition: Discover what makes your brand stand out and leverage it to create a memorable presence in the digital landscape.
  1. Consistency as a Brand Builder: Consistency is the backbone of any successful brand. Maintain high standards and deliver quality content consistently to reinforce your brand’s identity.
  1. Clean Content Standards: Uphold the standard of your content. Quality content not only engages your audience but also leaves a lasting impression.
  1. Embrace Collaboration: Collaboration is a powerful tool. Be open to creative partnerships, offering value to both parties and fostering a sense of community.
  1. Content Creation vs. Influence: Understand the distinction between creating content and being an influencer. Strive to craft content that resonates with your audience and adds value to your brand.
  1. The Barbie Effect: Reflect on the brands that have licensed the Barbie name and embraced its iconic pink color. How can you infuse such enduring elements into your brand’s identity?
  1. Embrace Cultural Change: Adapting to cultural shifts is crucial for remaining relevant. As social media platforms evolve, embracing change ensures your brand’s longevity.

The Power of Longevity and Strategic Upsells

Speaking of longevity, we also had an exciting opportunity to join forces with Cinecentre for the premiere of “Sound of Freedom” at Killarney. This poignant movie sheds light on the harsh reality of child trafficking, reminding us of the importance of impactful storytelling and the power of media in driving social change.

In Conclusion, embracing change, fostering collaboration, and upholding consistency are the pillars of success in the ever-evolving world of social media marketing. Let’s continue to learn, adapt, and grow together, crafting compelling narratives that leave a positive impact.

Stay creative, stay inspired, and stay connected.

VOICE-ETC by Kristy Suttner

August had our voice artists doing everything from James Earl Jones to David Attenborough impressions! We also had a host of talented artists through to the final rounds of dubbing for Shaka ILembe. We can’t wait to see who is successful.

We held another studio day this month to get some hot new talent on to the books, look out for them on the website in the coming weeks.

Remember, we are looking to lock down the books for a while in the next few months so it is vital to get the right voices in. If you are one of those interested, please remember that Voice is a whole different beast to the rest of our industry. Do you research, check out our page and ask questions of what is entailed. Keep those voice muscles moving and warm as we move into Spring!

THEATRE by Katie Groves

Theatre is continuing on with a bang! Sho, so immensely grateful for the influx of briefs, and that we have such committed, excellent artists who put themselves out there continuously, and continue to grow their skills.

On another note, the open dance classes at stageworx will be continuing indefinitely! If you feel like dancing, pop in at either 10:30 or 18:30 on a Monday to learn some choreography and keep your skills fresh!

As always, sending love and light your way!

Kind regards,

Katie

LAST THOUGHT by sEAN MUNDAY

Winter is finally over and we now enter Spring, the month of new beginnings and transformation. Let us take this time to reflect and learn from the challenges faced in the cold winter months and discover what it means for who are now and who we are becoming.

It also means we are going into the final stretch of 2023. Let us take a moment to learn from the transformation we see in nature as it flourishes in blooms around us to become the best, most beautiful versions of ourselves. And take on the last few months with new sense of life from within ourselves and our surroundings.

Wishing you love, light and growth for September.

All the best,

Sean
