Soné is a versatile actress with an explosive passion for theatre. She recently portrayed the role of Suzette, an awkward and madly in love schoolgirl, in the Kyknet series “Mense Mense" and Riekie, a homeless girl, in Hoërskool Lindens production “stop" receiving a silver for this role at ATKV tienertoneel. Soné is a member of Franklin players community theatre and took part in the 2017 pantomime “Peter goes to Wonderland” as well as the one act plays where she played Claire in “Strip me to the Bone" and received a merit award for acting. She has been acting since she was young and was a student at Nici Serfontein’s “Liplab Studios". In her time with Nici she took part in eisteddfods and received more than 20 diplomas in various categories. Drama is her greatest passion but she also enjoys singing, dancing and creating art. Soné has a lot of determination and that, combined with her love for theatre, resulted in her being able to juggle school and various productions. From her first drama class when she was eight there has never been a doubt in her mind about wanting to pursue drama full time.
