Jemma oodles of confidence and a passion for performing. A classically trained ballet dancer who recently passed her Grade 4 Royal Academy of Dance (London) exams under Arlene Yates, Jemma is a versatile dancer who is quick to pick up dance moves in any genre of dance.
She attends school at Crossroads in Victory Park and has been part of StageWorx School of Performing Arts for the past 3 years, participating in their musical productions of The Wizard of Fu and Sing It! The Musical. Jemma also played the part of Louisa in the soon to be released StageWorx movie Standing Ovation.
Having passed her International Trinity Performing Arts exams from Grade 1 to Grade 5 with distinction, she is set to take her Trinity Musical Theatre Grade 1 exams later this year.
Jemma also received a silver medal for the Crossroads Speech competition – that included the entire school, two years in a row, and she was the presenter and choreographer at the school production of Crossroads got Talent in 2012.
She also studies songwriting under Matthew Marinus – of the Graeme Watkins Project, and was a finalist in the Holiday Inn Songwriting Competition for 2013.
